drumming circles to empower you
Journey into the subtle worlds and to your true nature... find beauty and light in the darkness... enjoy the songs of the drum...then go into stillness... listen to the sounds and words from your heart... simply be with yourself, recharge and heal.
Irène guides ceremonial drumming circles for groups, often in nature. These circles are both delightful and powerful; they help to let go of daily burden and to find strength for body, soul and spirit.
Shamanic drums are available. No pre-requisite knowledge necessary, beginners and advanced persons are welcome!
In general, the circles last two and a half hours, on an evening. From time to time, these gatherings may take place over a full day, in nature, from sunrise to sunset. Young people from the age of 14, with permission of their parents, are very welcome, as these experiences are a powerful opportunity to ground and connect with one's self.

journeying into subtle realms
Would you like to dream with open eyes? Do you wish to journey into other worlds and to regain your spiritual authority? Shamanic journeying is a way to reconnect with spiritual realms, to communicate with your spirit helpers and to receive answers for your daily questions. During this week-end you are guided to discover how you can expand your consciousness to perceive subtle worlds and to bridge those experiences with your ordinary reality. You will be individually accompanied so you may explore the unknown terrain and trust your senses.
The initiations take place in a group of maximum six people, permitting to focus on integration work of the experiences made. No prerequisite necessary; you may also return to refresh and deepen your former experiences.
This weekend is a good way for teens looking for their spiritual path to experience modified consiousness in a safe, drug-free setting, beyond dogmas. Here they can learn to ground themselves, to take off to spiritual realms and then to land again on their inner ground - and to integrate their experiences well into their everyday lives. Participation possible from the age of 16.
This residential week-end costs 540 CHF, without food.
Saturday from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. followed by an evening ceremony and Sunday from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
deepening cycle
During four seasons, you will be guided to the depth of your own existence. There will be several workshops over a year, venues to be determined yet. This cycle addresses people who already work in helping professions (in the medical or alternative medical field), and also all those who hear the call to go deeper into subtle vibrational realms as to bring harmony and healing in everyday's life (prerequisite: sound practice with shamanic journeying).
The explorations during these meetings will bring to light the gifts and talents of the participants, and will embrace amongst others:
- knowing one self through experiences and quests
- detecting and recognising rhythms and frequencies
- searching for the path to completeness
In resonance with nature you will be guided to condense your connection with the spiritual world, in the ways of ancient and holistic healing.
You will be invited to cross borders and run into the unknown. Your participation in this cycle therefore requires a good physical and mental constitution. Between the meetings you will need time to digest and integrate your experiences in your daily life. The cycle will be conducted simultaneously in French, German and English, depending on the native language of the participants.

exploration-day for souls en their journey
At this turning point of humanity, we need depth, more than ever. It is necessary to rediscover who we are in origin, what rhythms and forces move us and above all: that we dare to be authentic.
This day of exploration allows you to meet with kindred spirits and receive encouragement for self-knowledge, in such a way that you trust to walk your own life path through the waves and contrasts of this earthly existence.
Please bring your questions and concerns about the subtle, intuition, mediumship, becoming whole, healing... we will seek the answers and explore the energies involved.
Irene Elder will also suggest topics that need attention in the current context. The meetings will take place in very small groups, you will be accompanied personally.

awaken the inner goddess
Natural cycles and rhythms have guided women through millennia. Would you like to rediscover those and your inner wisdom and strength? During this week-end, you are invited to explore the face of your divinity. Meditations, rituals, dances and further explorations help you to honor your body as a temple and to reach a new well-being.
In all cultures, women have gathered in circles ... to strengthen themselves, to wake up, to heal, to sing, to discover, to danse, to advise and to accompany ... and to take destiny into their own hands. In this cycle each woman makes unique experiences in her life constellation and takes her place according to her origin and nature.
No prerequisites required. The proposals are in line with the energy of the group and each woman. In order to facilitate profound experiences, the explorations take place in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening. Most of the experiences take place in nature.
The cost for the accompaniment for these two days and nights is 580 CHF, without food (this has to be brought to share) and without accommodation.

the four elements earth, fire, water, air ... and the quintessence
At the beginning of our journey on earth we connect with the elements that we are composed of: earth, fire, water and air. And at the end of our short earthly existence, we release ourselves from exactly these elements.
During this weekend, you are invited to get deeply connected to the elements according to your nature and to sense its fifth essence. Playfully and poetically, you can explore the four elements in your five bodies and bring your discoveries back into your everyday life in a way that it becomes more harmonious.
The experiences take for the most part place in nature.
No pre-requisites.
This weekend is an opportunity for teenagers to ground themselves; with the consent of their parents, they can participate from the age of 14.

The cost for the two days is 540 CHF, without food and lodging, from 9 am on the first day until 6 pm the next day, with an evening power circle on the first day.
dying as journeying on in the cycles of Life
Will you stay with me in the cold moments of my dying ?
Will you let me cross over without wanting to hold me back ?
Will you allow me to continue my journey ?
During our temporary stay on Earth, we are all embarked on a common vessel. During this journey, we go through all the natural stages of birth, initations, grwoth, life, dying, death. Death, the big hunteress, is the most faithful companion of life since our birth. Rather than seeing him as an enemy, we are invited to dance with the end of life as a birthing process into other vibrational realms. Death, in fact, is the moment of illumination.
Two workshop-days address to people who are interested in exploring the energies that accompany dying and death in personal, spiritual, physical and cultural aspects and will be explored in the actual paradigm of health-politics.
The ancestors in the circles behind us are our future.
The children in front of us are our past.
This workshop can also provide answers to people who are sensitive to the souls of the dead and also to those who are already familiar with end-of-life support and who would like to deepen and / or review their practices.

The litte voice whispers and tells hidden secrets and treasures. Would you like to discover your voice and your words?
This workshop is the place where you can let the ink flow from your heart. There are many ways to go to your texts, all leading you in one direction: towards your own depth. Playful exercices will help you to put words to your feelings and experiences and to journey to your dreams, characters, stories and poems.
Writing is a powerful transformational process. It guides you to your inner self. It helps you trust your wisdom. It shows you the path towards your truth. Writing as a therapeutic tool has been known since antiquity. It allows you to read yourself and invites you to look at the essential questions of life: "Where are we coming from? Where are we going to? Which is the way of the heart?"
